Parking Sousterrain a Paris |
|
Pour tous ces Parisiens une petite question. (dans le mauvais Francais )
Ce que est la hauteur maximum pour les parkings souterrains et peut vous a mis votre D3 (avec sidesteps) dedans?
Merci end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......

You won't need to park it on its side Spotter
They go in most "parkings", at least in access mode. There is at least one on the periph which is too low, and I don't know about all car parks. Vinci, a company which owns a lot of car parks lists the access height for each one on their web site:
http://www.vincipark.com/appli/wvncprk/wvn...is_09.html
Where and when do you need a car park?
Edit:
(desole les francophones - c'etait plus vite comme ca!)

Hi Ian, thanks for that, it does take me a while to do my translations
by the sidesteps I meant going doen the spiral ramps, having watched an S-Class scrape itself....the sidesteps do make the middle of the car a few inches wider...
We have access to a space in the Soufflot-Panthéon sousterrain which is 1.85m according to that link.....a bit tight......plus last time I left a car in there we came back to find the fire brigade in full flow, luckily didn't affect our car beyond it getting a bit wet.......
So it will be several hours driving in circles trying to find a parking space bigger than 3.5 metres long as it will be evening when everyone is home
Cheers

Spotter,
Most of them are 1.9 m height.
It may be a bit short!
In the schuttle, (Eurotunnel) I always go to the coaches! Arno

Je suis desole, je pense ce forum, c'est seulement pour les Francais?
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Na... No worries mate !
Here I think that we should be able to speak in French or in English whatever one needs to make himself understood... Here the question was obviously asked by an English speaker, why not answer him in his language ?
Bah, je pense que cela n'est pas un problème et que nous devrions être en mesure de parler en anglais ou en français... La question ayant été posée par un anglophone, lui répondre en anglais n'était pas incongrue... Georgia On My Mind...
