Moving to a FL2

D4 went yesterday, car-less until FL2 gets picked up on Thursday

I'll be putting up a for sale post in a few days for matts, ALTOX, mantec , tow hitch etc Thumbs Up

I'm sure I'll still hang around on the forum though and attend the camps if still welcome Whistle

Posted around 7500 posts since joining in Oct 2013 and I'm sure given many of you a good laugh with my build exploits and accidents (mainly camping ones) and of course my numerous camping set-up changes Laughing (3 prospeed racks, 6 different roof tents, oz tent, camping trailers Laughing )

Thanks to all for your help, advice and more importantly friendship Bow down

Oh and a huge thanks to the forum team & owners, you do a cracking job Thumbs Up

You will always be welcome fella. I count you as a friend now and couldn’t care less what car you drive ( as long as it’s not a Freelander) Whistle See you at one of the camps pretty soon my mate 👍

Makes sense and the FL2 is supposed to be LR's most reliable - enjoy!

Good luck with the house and FL2 setup, Iggy. Sure it won't be long before you're all settled in and raiding 'iggy-banks' for another Disco.

Thumbs Up

Iggy, don't you dare defect to that well dodgy freeloader2 site, they won't understand you like we do. Once a D3 driver, always a D3 driver, it scars you like that!! Thumbs Up

You'll love it, we had ours for 10 years only non service items were a battery and the intercooler hose. It towed the horse box most weeks too. It will all be worth it when you are in your new home, there is nothing like looking after your own land and leaning all about it - enjoy Thumbs Up

All the best Iggy. In my book, once in the club, always in the club, no matter what you drive. Thumbs Up

You will be most welcome to drink my whisky, stroke my dogs, challenge me to a walking contest, and sing out loud, at any camp in the future, even if you do turn up in a Freelander. Thumbs Up

Impressive getting those cars loaded on the Disco and trailer Laughing

Nice to have met you at Icefest this year. Or at least to have met your Welsh firewater !!!

Suspect you'll be back. This place is very "Hotel California" Laughing
