Very slow acceleration - EU4
2009 Discovery
Almost 2 years ago the EGRs started playing up. Had a remap and software flash to delete the EGRs, but they weren’t blanked.
A few weeks ago I had a slight loss of power and quite a bit of smoke - intercooler hose had split so that’s been replaced.
Disco has been fine ever since, except Friday afternoon. Did 100 odd miles Friday morning and it was fine, then went out Friday afternoon to lack of power. Foot to the floor, it does pick up, probably around the 2.5k revs.
Possible causes?

Any fault codes? Symptoms look the same as when my first (original) turbo packed up.

Check the Jubilee type clips have not blown off on the inter cooler pipe It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
