looking at a fixed tow bar of a 2009 model disco 3, wondering if anyone able to tell me if there is a difference in model years regarding tow bars?? mine is 2005, so wondering if it will fit!?

I am sure they didn't change, so will fit. You should have the fixing bolts for the tie bars already in your chassis.
