Bluebird...

Just a glimpse on the BBC news of an AA Disco 4 helping Bluebird back into the water today, on the Isle of Bute.

Wish I could be there to see it run.

Remember it happening, one of the events that you remember where you were when it happened.

I believe the current launch is to test if it leaks and a proper run at speed next year on Coniston.

Am I alone in thinking this is all a bit weird....?
Not against it but slightly uneasy with it... maybe it’s just me....

Hi farmer

No ur not alone

With it being rebuilt to original spec , the design I therefore assume has a flaw which caused it to crash

Therefore I wouldn’t have thought they would ever try and attempt another world speed record with it, seeing they've spent the last 10 x years rebuilding it and dread to think what the cost was, I assume there just going to do a few test runs without the risk of causing any damage Thumbs Up
