Get ready early for a long, hard winter by buying these 255x55x19 tyres on good condition alloy wheels.
Will fit a D3 or D4.

Hi,

I was pleased to spot this after having just joined the site as a new D3 owner.

Please can you tell me how much tread is left on the tyres?
Also, would you be able to hold for a few weeks if I buy? I'm in the Borders and planning to come up North in September anyway. No problem if not - I know storing unneeded wheels can be a pain.

Rob,

There is over 5mm fairly even over all four tyres. I couldn't find my tyre depth gauge so put a digital one on. It's showing 5.47mm in the pic.

I'm interested, but I'll have to see how soon it's possible to get up your way. My disco has 17 in wheels fitted and I'd like to get the 19s and was also looking at Vredesteins.
