Thanks Doctor Diesel, I've decided not to bid on these. Didn't really think of the legality part of it I just assumed because it was rubber it would be fine.
I will do some research, cogitate and deliberate before I take the plunge. I suspect this will involve several bottles of wine.
Thanks,
YTA

OK, complete is perhaps the wrong word, maybe "a bit more finished" would be closer to the mark.

There is some question as to whether the new EU rules regarding A Bars are enforceable or will even be ratified. Consequently, a couple of after market parts dealers have challenged the DoE in this repsect and are now buying up A Bars! You can draw your own conclusions from that.
Apparently what LR have done is to pre-empt the legislation so that when (if) it becomes law, they can hold their collective hands up and say "We've been doing this for years!"
No doubt some legal eagle on here will raise a different interpretation and shoot me down. I stand to be corrected but only as the piano player!

I thought the Plastic ones were OK with regards to the law, Anyway I'd worry about the winch first
I changed it for the Cros as I thought the plastic clips might go brittle then I thought WTF I like it
Hopefully some contrast will happen next week when I wrap the whole hood matt black instead of the middle
The 240's sit alot firmer than they did before any one spot the other differance

Are you no longer selling then Ken?
The A frame does add to the contrast, but perhaps a black grille like on Slimers last D3 would also do the trick 2007 Porsche Boxster (987) 2.7

Also think the central matt black BONNET [not Hood - that's yank!] looks great.
Would the the 'whole hood' not be a bit too much?
IMHO I'd keep it the way it is [+ the centre black hood] and just stick your 'A' frame back on.
