just out of interest - why do people fit wind deflectors to a car that has aircon?
is it just that some prefer the window down to the aircon on?

Are they any good? When you are dead, you do not know you are dead. All of the pain is felt by others. The same thing happens when you are stupid.

Not that I have any now, but on a previous FL2 they kept the side windows clearer in the rain.

I think they are brilliant hot days pop the windows open and the leather and car stays a lot cooler so when you get in and pop on the aircon it takes less time to cool down also good for the dogs or the guys that are avid campers and sleep in the D3/4 let's out all the condensation God created heavy armour on 06 sept 1916, on the 7th the devil stood to attention!

"Holy thread resurrection"
Been away with the dogs in the back and had the rear windows open but get a terrible wind noise in the car (a sort of waawh waawh noise) which was reduced if opened the front window.
Question is - do these wind deflectors stop the wind noise? Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector

Hako wind deflectors are the worst i have ever had, the ones on my Range Rover distorted in the heat and buckled so I binned them. The set on Swmbo Audi Estate did exactly the same thing and before i had chance to remove and bin them one took flight when one of the kids opened the window down the duel carriageway
