It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Kidz the box is now not supported, due to the new file systems and compatibility with newer car systems, its still useful as a fault code reader.
I spoke to BAS a while ago on the same thing and this is what I was told, as one of my customers had one.
Also note if you are getting rid of it you need to make sure that your car is put back to default with the tool, if not it will cause you a problem later on if you try to do any updates on the PCM.

Flack,
When you say not supported, will it still remap a D3, and just BAS have newer models, or is it more than that?
Cheers

Hi mate. Do you have a link for this item so I can read up on what it will do. I have a D3 05. Would it remap, what does it read ect how does it work. Thanks. Mike. De-tangoed headlights, sprayed black!
Smoked rear lights, grill, vent and side steps.
Black wrapped roof and sun screen!
Land Rover raised air intake
LED off road light
And the famous DISCO sticker!

Here is where the system came from. It might be best to enquire directly to ask any direct questions regarding the maping process etc.

Just for clarity, if this is the old style BAS Re-map box then it is not supported by BAS or anyone else and has not been for several years - I wont go into reasons why but its all down to technology etc etc.
It will NOT remap a different D3 to that of the original and can only be used as a code reader and code delete/clearer box
Hope this helps and sorry to the OP if this is not what you wanted to read. "UNDERSTEER" ---is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" -is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" ------------is how far you take the fence with you.

Couldn't find a picture at the Bell Autos link above - is this standalone or a Bluetooth type device that uses an iPad/software etc to read and clear codes?

Stand alone with it's own display and comes with all leads and connectors. Plugs into the OBD2 port of the D3.
Cheers
