Nasty. Ironically, I witnessed a very similar accident last Friday, on the A56 in Manchester.
A small truck carrying scaffold poles over its cab, hit the back of a small car at a junction, and the poles slid over the cab and crushed the roof of the car. Nobody hurt but could have been a lot worse.
