| Fault on Sat Nav and voice command |

My 2006 HSE has just started developing an intermittent fault where the Voice command 'plays up' and at the same time the sat nav screen goes grey and shows 'Map DVD: Read Error' for a few seconds. With the voice command it will either fail to activate altogether, fail to recognise command, not repeat back what is said or then cancel the command itself. This all makes making a phone call impossible. The car has been into dealer twice in the last week regarding it and on both occasions the 'system was rebooted', however it is still playing up. Has anyone else had similar issue and how was it resolved ?

Clean the Nav CD. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
