Recently purchased a Gap IIDBT Tool via Dan at Duckworths.
It was originally registered to the Defender. Sold the Defender and asked for a transfer to the Freelander to read faults and reset a few things. Had an issue with one fault and Patrick at GAP responded to all my email queries quickly and courteously.
All done on the Freelander which is up for sale soon so asked for unlock code to transfer to Discovery. Got an answer back within 10 minutes

Must echo this, incorrectly loaded Sat Nav on the Move instead of full update. Emailed them and a virtual instantaneous reply, really excellent service from them. Nick
