my iPhone through the phone system. Echo for other person
Hi, I have the harman speakers and when I use the inbuilt phone system with my iPhone the person I’m speaking to gets an echo of their voice. It’s ok my end. Is this a set up issue with my phone, an old technology issue with the car on something wrong with my speakers or what?
Echo can usually be a result of one or the others (or both) speaker volume being set too high. Try turning it down first. All you need to do is literally just turn the radio down when you're talking to each other. The radio goes off when it transfers to a call and if I turn the volume down it will turn the call down? I’ll try it thiugh

turn down the volume on your phone buttons while in a callG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Its an iPhone 8 and up to date IOS (11.?) but it happened with my iPhone 7 too, think it was ok with my iPhone 6 but it’s really annoying not to be able to use the phone system for calling people or receiving calls with this echo.
