Reading CCF file first time. Freeze

Hi,
i have just bought me a IIDTool BT and im having problems reading CCF file for the first time. It just freezes on "Reading CCF" everytime. So i have to just unplug the IIDTool after around 30min.

Its the latest firmware.

How long are a read supposed to take?
