Anyone know the make of the rear pads that LR dealers fit on D4 , got a service/1st mot due in Feb and this weeks health check measured pads at 3mm .
Dealer quotes £180 fitted , as I am supplying oil/filters was thinking might be able to save a bit by purchasing the correct pads .

You best bet is to buy from Forum sponsors Advanced Factors:-

I just purchased a used approved d4 from a Essex dealership and had a lot of discussion about rear pads seems 3mm is within acceptable tolerance to qualify for used approved anyway long story short after being told they would change them as agreed in the sale they finally managed to change them after being told FOUR times they had not been changed please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick, thankyou

I am sure the LR Service advise is not to let the pads go below 3mm, so if 3mm it could be construed as acceptable !

If your having the dealer service I very much doubt he will fit pads supplied by yourself unless they are genuine ones, dealer told me that when mine was in for service, asked for a price of fitting supplied pads, told him there was a set in the glove box, he quickly commented that unless they are genuine he wouldn’t fit them, his heart sank when he saw them.
