my daughter got the same when she first tried to order a motor mover with the code, but it worked on the second attempt. Try again till it works.

Richard,
Daughter's seller was Coastline caravans, she got the same message as you but order accepted second try. She said message was "the seller is away, and not taking orders" so stated delivery would be later.

I’ve never had luck with these codes. eBay says “eligible items” and then doesn’t say what those are
I’d like to buy this, but have no idea if it’s eligable or not. Could anyone spread any light please?
