| A Quick January Run Around Elevedon Forest |
|
A quick run around some Kings Forest & Elevedon greenlanes.
A bit of a dull day with the weather, but it's always nice to get the D4 offroad even if it's not very challenging.

Just a tad tamer!
The best thing you can do is either get the OS Maps app (OS Explorer are best @ 1:25K) and have a look on there, or, as I've just found out, Bing Maps has an option for OS Maps layer which will give you the byeways which you can zoom between Explorer & Landranger maps.
These lanes are all in and around Culford, West Stowe and Icklingham off the B1106, A1101 & A134.

I'll let you know next time Pip  this one was a little "spur of the moment".
There's some more lanes up that way that we've not done, don't know what they're like but I'll be giving them a look soon

Next trip out (locally, we're Salisbury Plain this Sunday ) will probably be 17th Feb at Badwell Ash http://www.suffolk4x4club.com/suffolk-4x4-club-events.html not been there before but it's local and £20 so got to be worth a look, anyone interested in joining us? Goodyear Duratracs for off road
