Hi
Would my SE have any factory fitted bits for me to allow the use of telephone .
There are no buttons on the steering wheel

What kind of stereo do you have?

The right hand steering wheel switch pack can be replaced with one that has telephone controls.

from memory;
If it didn't have Xenons from the factory then probably not - there was a spec change just after I bought mine in the Autumn of 2005 where they dropped stuff out of the 'included' to optional which was either factory full integration (PTI) or dealer fit BT version Thumbs Up and theeeeennn......???

I've got a 2006 SE with Xenon's, no phone stuff.
Left hand hand horn button has a square hole on the side, so I wonder if the PO perhaps removed things for selling on prior to my purchase

The original phone was pants! If you have the top spec Harmon Kardon radio as fitted in the HSE it should be possible to fit a D4 phone module which is magic in a D3 and actually works better than in a D4 IMO. You will need the switches, mic, most cable and a D4 phone module.
You need this radio or you can’t do it:



the bottom right switch pack can be added if you don’t already have it.

 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Thanks for the reply’s
I have the 6 CD H / K stereo
I also have the switch buttons that go on the steering wheel (in the garage some where)

So now I need a MOST cable and a D4 bt module
Anything else I’m missing

Microphone. It’ll mount in the front ceiling lights module where the bars are. The cable should be hidden away up there already.

Yes. On the right side as you have a RHD vehicle.

There should be a site sponsor or two along shortly who can help you with the MOST cable and a module if need be, they are usually very easy to install Thumbs Up
