Replacement factory switches for centre dash?
Having just fitted a lightbar to the front I am now wondering about where to put the switch.
I have seen many alternatives from members on here, but I'm wondering if it's possibly to put a factory switch into an existing factory switch blank in the centre dash?
are these blanks for higher spec switch options?
(image not my car, just for reference)
is there a decent option out there?
Many thanks in advance formerly Disco3Ben

In the current issue of May 2019 LRO Magazine there's a company LandRoverPassion.com being promoted in their 'Stuff' section. There's a switch panel for added D3 accessories available.
I have had a look looks ok.

Ref the lighting , there’s a dedicated switch for this that can be mounted on the dashboard

Also see there are different switch panels available, alas don’t know if a spare section can be utilised to wire in a spot light

I would avoid the radio.
No room there to fit a switch.
I was thinking to the left of the rev counter too, but not sure how you get access.

Hi Pete
The panel just comes off to allow access , the factory loom kit is a few hundred quid though , seen others make up there own loom with just utilising the switch or installing a switch in the light panel

There’s 5 pins on the back of that switch!
If I buy it could someone please explain what I connect to what?!
My light bar came with its own loom, so I’d be looking to just replace the switch so it looks a bit more ‘factory’
I’m hoping someone at the Overland show this weekend can walk me through the install basics 😁formerly Disco3Ben
