It should be possible.
I have a mObridge M2.Connect MOST Bluetooth phone and audio streaming device and it pretends to be a Sirius XM SDARS receiver. It’s accessible by pressing the aux button on the stereo.
In my case, after upgrading the M2s software, the premium sound system magically detected the receiver and that’s that - nothing to configure beyond connecting the hardware to the fiber optic bus.

Not 100% sure but that part looks like one for LR4 rather than LR3.
While I originally said that it should be possible, you’ll most likely need something else than just the SDARS receiver. You’ll need an antenna too, I think, and I think that’s supposed to be within the fin in the roof. As for what else is needed, no idea.
