Once again I take my hat off and say thank you to Advanced Factors.
Called near to closing time on Tuesday for some advice, got it, then ordered online to get the forum discount, and goods arrived this morning.
If only all businesses had these standards, and as can be seen from my rant elsewhere, all government departments and civil servants in general.
