D4 Disco HSE Lux-My new toy
Well its been a week today since i picked up this beauty courtesy of our site sponser Gazellio. A D4 HSE Lux 16 spec in waitamo grey. Wasnt even in the market for a new car as I love my D3 and have had it over 10 yrs and its still drives like new but got tempted from the dark side as the for sale post kept looking at me everyday and pleading Must admit power and its delivery is far superior over the D3 but still lacking one or two traits that are better on my old disco but its got plenty to make me forget about them very soon.
Already had private plates fitted and new leds throughout now awaiting the black pack bits ive got on order Grille, side vents, fog light bezels, lettering etc and its trip to prospeed in a fortnight.
Must say thankyou to Gary (Gazellio) who it has been a pleasure to deal with and from knowing him on this forum took away alot of the anxiety about buying the vehicle in general and he makes tea quite well also

gorgeous! Welcome to the Lux club..lol. Black pack is the way to go. Haven’t had mine long but absolutely love it. Drove a 400 mile trip and forgot the kids were with me. Rear entertainment is brilliant. Not one arguement! Enjoy

Loving the Lux club yes got a few bits and pieces to sort but nothing too serious.
Arrived already is the new grille, new side vents, new foglight bezels, new lettering and a few other bits on order. Just need some time and some dry weather now. Also got new Prospeed rock and tree sliders to keep them pesky car doors off the bodywork (overkill i know). Everything black of course.

With that silver plate on the tailgate is it not a Landmark???.

I think the HSE LUX have a plate that says HSE LUXURY. I’m guessing someone will confirm
