'Double' gearshift from 2 to 3

Hello,

For a while now I have a annoying, double gearshift from 2 to 3th gear, see movie.
This is with cold engine, hot it is a bit less.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYC_cIxd84Y

This started a couple of months after I got the transmission fluid & filter changed (150 000km).
I tried some additive without succes, double checked the oil level but all without results.

Does anyone know what this could be? Or what I could try?

First 2-3 "gear change" is just the TCC engaging, then the second one is the real 2-3 gear change.
Pretty normal behavior up to a point and if you pay attention, with a light foot, you may see it on 3-4 change also.

With TCC you mean the lockup?
I dont completly think it's normal...it wasn't before and it's only from 2 to 3.
Will try to make a longer movie with hot engine / more throttle.
EDIT: https://youtu.be/ynBAqqdV92k

What could change in a transmission to cause this, and is it possible to fix that.
Can I damage the transmission by giving more throttle?

Sorry for my English it has been a while...

Original transmission oil, from factory, have some additives added to it - something like dr. trany - to improve oil performance during time, because in many cases they say the oil is "filled for life". Those additives package hides well those TCC lock-ups.
The normal autobox oil, the one found on the shelves and used for oil changes, have little if any of those additives. Changing the oil will make those TCC lock-ups to start showing.
But don't worry, the gearbox is made to function in this manner so there is no problem.
I've also seen those "double shifts" on many autoboxes after oil changes and there was no problem even after tens of thousands miles.
In fact there are two TCC modulations, but one of them is well hidden and you won't be able to see it normally, only on heavy load (towing or being heavily loaded).
Just keep change the oil regularly now, every 20-30k miles and you'll be fine.

You'll see more evidently those "double shifts", even with a hot engine/autobox, with light throttle (not hard) and uphill.

I asked for the original transmission fluid, and they said they used it...so presumably not.

I can 'service' it myself but without tools it's only possible to change 4.5 of 11 liters, correct?
Or is there another way?

Will contact the garage again that flushed the transmission.
