| [For Sale] Caravan - Cheap, Clean, Well Kept, Ideal Starter or Race Van |

Having sourced and purchased a replacement that has a layout more suited to our family needs, our trusty Sprite Major caravan need to go. With a garage full of classic cars, the Discovery and a plethora of other random mechanical bits and pieces, apparently two caravans is a big no no (we won't even mention the trailer tent!)
It's a 1995 model, 4 berth, single axle caravan with a galvanised chassis and is CRIS registered in my name
It's clean, tidy and in excellent condition for its age. There is no significant damp that I’m aware of, any inspection is welcome.
There is a fat folder of user guides and manuals.
The spacious front lounge area makes up into a huge and comfortable double (king?) bed.
A Side dinette converts into a single bed with optional bunk above.
There is plenty of under seat storage, along with a good size wardrobe and full width gas locker. There are overhead shelves and lockers all around.
To the rear is a toilet/shower room with hot/cold water, with changing area, wardrobe and storage.
Plenty of workspace in the versatile kitchen with fully working 3 way fridge, gas oven, grill and hob. New sink tap recently fitted. Storage for cutlery and pans etc.
The Cascade hot water tank can be heated with gas or integral 240v immersion heater.
Built in gas heater, 20L Thetford cassette toilet.
Integral battery charger/ distribution panel with extra battery monitor, 12v and USB ports.
Everything working, all appliances etc. overhauled a couple of years ago and used regularly.
Good 8 ply tyres bought new in 2016 with no cracking/plenty of tread, tows well.

Waste hog (and possibly an aqua roll if I can find a spare!)
