Iid tool upgrades

So I’ve took the plunge and bought an iid tool and looking to see what I can update on the ccf

It’s a 2011 GS I have heated wheel and flappy paddles also exonons but was wondering if there is anything else I can do with the iid tool without buying anything if that makes sense

Can you update the digital display?

Tia Thumbs Up

If you have the older IPC display, (think 2011 would) you can update it to get a cleaner fresher look.

Easy and worth doing Thumbs Up

Yep it’s the 2011 one it’s a bit grainy! How do you go about updating it?

Connect a ctek, connect IID, find IPC under ECUs, select upgrade, follow instructions. Since there is a slight chance it can go bad please read the manual before attempting. ISTR the flashing takes a few minutes. Thumbs Up

I didn't notice much difference with this, but it was one of the first things i did so the older graphics might not of registered with me lol.

Guys I just got myself an iid. Had a mess about with it today. Turned on timed climate and park heat and updated CFC but the options don’t appear in my settings.
Also, I would like to update the ipc but what is a ctek?

Gap do not recommend using battery chargers whist updating, only power supplies, Ctec 10amp and over only have power supply facility. Thumbs Up

What about a booster pack?
I can’t seem to find any ipc in my Ecu list. Would it be under something else?
