After a minor collision driver calls 999 claiming the other driver was drunk.
Not really the best idea to inform police that the other driver is drunk when driver informing police was also errrr drunk.
Sometime it is difficult to follow peoples logic at times. Story here

I'm guessing the guy who blew 40 at the road side thought his few drinks at Sunday lunchtime wasn't enough o make him "drunk"...no idea how many times I've heard "you can get away with 2 or 3 pints, no problem" over the years. Then there's the swift one to finish. Very easy to "have a couple of pints with the lads" and end up over the limit even if you feel ok. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk
