The dreaded bong.

Driving along nice and mellow and “bong” hdc fault system unavailable, parking brake fault, suspension lowered etc etc etc. Anyone have any idea on where to look relating to these codes ?

I’m guessing the egr one is because I’ve blanked them etc and not had the patch ? My car is Euro 4

Probably have got a faulty injector the way it smokes when cold. What’s strange is as soon as the needle lifts off cold it runs great.
Looks like I’m going to bite the thick end of 6 injectors and a remap and patch then Big Cry

Read off the offsets.

You should be able to see what injectors are at fault then.

Not yet no. Been meaning to get around to it.... Embarassed

Pete k: what’s mad I took my injectors out, had them tested (pointless as it goes) and then put them beach in a different order. Readings were the same ! I’ll find the pics. Jarrod

Ok so I’m going to dive into this again and try to get to the bottom of it. Clearly I need a egr patch (and remap) but realistically need to get to the bottom of this injector issue first. On thing I’ve noted. I don’t get the egr fault (bong, brain fault EVERYTHING wrong) go kart mode etc. If I don’t use the cruise control. Strange. Well to me.

Incidentally here’s my injector offsets. The first set are when I started having problems. The second set after I replaced injector 1 for a new one, then after no change took them all out for a clean and test (pointless as they only test under running condition and the fault is only when cold and at idle afaik. So where do I go next. Really could do without buying 5 more new injectors if I’m honest as I’m not convinced there’s not perhaps a wiring loom issue maybe or something.
