Welcome aboard and this may sound daft but here goes, if it came nicely clean and polished just take some clean warm water and wipe over the sensors as I've heard this can stop them working also they don't take kindly to pressure washers. Fingers crossed for you.

You can check which ones not working by sticking your ear next to them when there working a good one will tick.
Make sure you have someone sitting in the drivers seat pressing the brake pedal.

What’s the led light doing up next to the hazard button ? Is it flashing or on constantly
When you select reverse does a beep noise come from the rear of the car don’t forget hand brake needs to be off and yeah get someone to sit and hold the brakes on Metal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes, pads, callipers, flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)
