IIDTOOL vs laptop

Does anybody have any experience of the laptops you can get from ebay loaded with Delphi, WOW etc. Can you do the same stuff with this software that you can with the IIDTOOL?
Here's a link to one of the laptops:

I wouldn't trust my D3 to hacked software.
IID is well supported and trusted and immensely capable.

What backup and support do you have from hacked software suppliers?

The answer to your question is no, wow and Delphi can not do the same as IID,
I have a cloned Bluetooth Delphi it’s a good bit of kit for reading/clearing codes, live values etc and will work on almost all cars.
IID is LR specific and in addition to the above it also allows you to edit CCF files and as mentioned you get great support

Thanks everyone, seems pretty clear that the ebay deals are to be avoided. Guess I'll just have to keep saving up my pennies..

If you want something cheap just to read & clear codes, get yourself a EML327 OBDII dongle from Amazon and use an app like dash command.
