UHP General Grabbers - 295/45/20's |
|
Hi
Just wanted to ask those members who have fitted UHP General Grabbers to 20" rims - what tyre pressures they believe are the best to run??
I have 295/45/20's fitted and the supplier told me to put 2 psi more front and rear than manufacturers standard????
Any advice would be much appreciated. Dont Take It Personally, Just Take It Seriously!

I've just got standard pressures in mine, but keen to know if this should be different.

I run mine at the recommended LR pressures & they seem fine. When i originally had them put on the car the supplier put 40psi all round & the feel of the car was horrible. I adjusted down bit by bit & eventually settled on the standard LR pressures as the best balance between grip, roadholding & feel.
Tyres are fantastic & look awesome

And Cheddar - your gallery shows standard 19" HSE wheels or have you changed set up?? Dont Take It Personally, Just Take It Seriously!

The 275's that I run on mine are tops.I inherited them with the wheels with about 6 mm left. It's a much more steadier ship IMO and I've given them a good good thorough test over the past few days with no faults

I run mine F34 R36 - minimum!
Think thats std LR pressure.
However everytime it comes out of the dealer it's 2lb less all round -which is far too low.
So I got to put them back up again.
Agree with CW, 40 is far, far too high - DGT always put in 40 for some reason. ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧
