13 Pin or twin Towbar electrics?
I need to get tow electrics fitted on the new (to me D4). The caravan is the newer 13 pin type so it seems sensible to get this however bearing in mind the 13 pushes in and twists and the socket is recessed into the bumper I'm concerned it will be a right to connect and disconnect. Am I worrying about nothing? Its just it seems a bit temperamental at the best of times let alone when skinning knuckles on the bumper cover!
How have people found ease of use please?

When I picked my car up from the dealership they hadn't fitted the spacer at the back of the socket which meant my caravan plug wouldn't plug into the socket because the cover wouldn't fully open. Just make sure the spacer is fitted
