Transfer of ownership

Help i have purchased a used lld bt and am trying to transfer ownership.

I have followed the guide from Gap but it keeps coming up with the previous owners details and wont let me get as far as entering the code.

I have emailed gap but wont get a responce until they are back in the office is this something simple I can sort today?

It turned out to be the normal process in the end.

If anybody else is doing it follow the Gap transfer of ownership process when the message about binding pops up just click abort.
The code at the bottom is what you need to send to GAP dont worry that the old owners detail are at the top.

GAP will then send you a counter code, you then need to reconnect to the car and enter the code at the bottom and it will say completed.

Please bare in mind GAP are in Canada so dont forget about the difference.
