IPC to display Audio input / Infotainment main screen update

Hi everyone, tried searching for this but did not find anything so I am setting up new thread.

I have D4 MY2015 private and D4 MY2016 company car, so both are facelift.

Two differences between those two are that the MY2016 has different Infotainment main screen which is nicer and easier to read I believe. And the MY2016 displays the current Audio input on IPC - if you are listening to radio you have RDS information on and it says FM1, when listening to music from USB it says USB and name of the song.

PSB pics for better idea.

Because both cars are technically the same I am sure this is just matter of coding/sw update. Of course LR dealer says it is not possible to ugrade.

Is anybody able to advice please? Thanks!
