Ooh, that’s exactly what EV owners need - another type of charger plug ..... not.
We can add it to the list ... Type 1, Type 2, CCS, CHAdeMO, Tesla etc.
Is it to be launched on April 1st. An ex-Disco3 / FFRR owner ......
And it's called P3nis and looks like cock and 2 bulls?.

Its ok, now that 'we've taken back control' the UK will soon have its own unique plug under the new regulations that the Chancellor has promised. Can't wait to progress back to the good old days of Bakelite.
All we've got to do is hope that those Jonny foreigners, the French and Chinese, finish that power station so you can charge it. D4 HSE EU6 (Known as Jeeves)

Have to say whilst its a pain adopting a new standard the Type2 has flaws in my opinion. Having owned a BEV for nearly 5 years i have had 3 x type 2 plug failures due to wear and tear. The smaller diameter Pilot and Earth connectors wear thin and cause disrupted and failed charging. I have just had to take my tethered plug on the drive apart for the 2nd time in 12 months and replace one of the smaller pins.MY06 S - Gone but not forgotten
