iid tool voltage reading low
Been meaning to check if it's just me or does everyone find the voltage indicated on the dash when the iid tool is plugged in is a bit low? Always seems to be 11v not 12. Battery is in good condition.Just 'cause you got the power... that don't mean you got the right.

Mine seems to hover around high 11s or low 12s.

Because all the ECUs are awake (due to diagnostic session) and therefore the power consumption is high/max for the given situation...

IIDTool read the BMS voltage and not the battery ones.....
During a IIDTool session, if you use a multimeter directly on the battery, you can see the difference.Discovery 5 tdv6 HSE Corris Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition
