Anyone got any tip to try and get my boot open, also car won't lock till it goes to sleep

Upper lock actuator is a very common failure do a quick search as there are loads of threads

It opened briefly today and i notice the bottom part of the boot seems fine, open and shut a few times and all seems ok but shut the top and didnt open, so what part do i need to replace in the top tailgate?
