Disco 4 - 3.0 Tdv6 - 2016 - EUR6 AdBlue - Rear Timing belt
Hello there.
Having done some rear timing belts on D3 2.7 Tdv6 and RRS 3.0 I am now struggling with the car mentioned in Subject.
Is it correct according to al you specialists that the rear belt has to be timed with locking tool for the HPP and flywheel (I read somewhere until 2014 but later on timing not needed anymore).
Is it possible to remove the cover of that HPP-belt without removing the body or is it a beter idea to remove it for easy access ?
I spent 7 hours trying to get the cover out without succes.
It is the model with start/stop, AdBlue, EUR6 so a lot of tubes extra between the little cover and the fireboard.
Any tips ?

Yes it can be done without removing the body, I’ve done it. Don’t ask me how it’s just a matter of keep trying and fit a new tensioner.
