This is something I've been after for ages for my MY10 HSE. Finally accepted that the only way to get that upgrade is to get a new car, which I'm not prepared to do.
I 'got round' the issue of not being able to stream from my Android phone by getting the Bovee cable, which fits into the iPod connection in the cubby box. It allows me to stream my music, although I can't see on the display what the tracks are, or make much by way of an adjustment.
To improve the satnav capability, I got a Brodit mount for the dash, so my phone sits there charging, and I can use Waze or something similar for directions.
It's a bit of a compromise, but on the plus side, it does mean I can display the 4x4 info on the dash, or use the compass display. I don't need them, but it looks cool.
