Hi all
Just a quick post to apologise for the site access problems that DISCO3.CO.UK is suffering from at the moment.
Please be reassured that I am working with the hosting provider to get the service back up to scratch.
Will keep everyone updated here.
Sorry again, hope to be sorted again soon.
Martin

Sorry the site is being so erratic at the minute, the hosting provider are aware of a problem with the server that DISCO3 is hosted on and so the site keeps going down
They assure me that they are fixing it, but have given no timescale (as yet..)
Will keep everyone posted, sorry again for the problems, must be a bit frustrating for you (I know it is for me)

Martin,
Who do you host with? Just curious as I'm in the business...

Hi Simon
I'm hosted with Web Mania, who I've used for the Web Rover site for nearly 5 years, and they've generally been good, especially considering what I pay!
This problem is only hitting one of their servers, as other sites I know about hosted with them don't have a problem, and they are on other servers. I'm just unfortunate
I will give them a couple of weeks to try and improve things, hopefully it will hold together enough so people don't leave

Martin,
As far as I'm concerned this is the best D3 forum for UK owners... I'm sure we will stay through the teething problems. We of course are being patient with LR and theirs

If the problem doesn't go away I might just take Land Rover's line:
"It's a feature sir"

These seem to have got a bit better (touch wood) since the 'power failure' that lost the site all day two weeks ago, so I'm un-announcing this for the time being
