wiring behind headlights

hi
as you know I have been at it trying to find my battery drain ,i thought it was more or less sorted but this morning it was down to 12.40v started ok though .
so I went searching and started with the front nearside headlight for any sign of cut, chaffed or loose wiring and earth connections and found this plug with the wires cut close to the connector I presume the wiring is for adaptive headlight or additional fog/driving lamps so removed the offside and exactly same plug wiring is there as well.
also the bunch of wires that were taped up together and taped to the body.
see pictures .

Hiya

The last connector is a smog connector for the jap market , alas not used

Maybe if u give @Martin @ shout he will be able to combine this with ur other thread, as then all the previous history is in one place so others will know what’s been done

Hope I’m not talking out of turn @martin

don't be daft any suggestion/thoughts is fine by me .
I was going to add it to my other messages regarding the P/drain but thought it may not be picked up there and being a relatively newbe I was not sure if that was the correct way of doing things.
have you seen my other post I done this evening regarding fuel cover not locking that too could be relevant to my P/drain so perhaps that could be moved

I was going to post the same response, not cut off , just redundant for your spec. vehicle and properly capped to prevent water into the wiring harness.
