IPC error. Sometimes they can be repaired, if not, then a new IPC is required

If I’m understanding you correctly, you’re saying that your instrument panel - revs, speed, etc. - loses power. If you still have power everywhere else (like radio) it is most likely a problem within the panel itself, the connector is loose or the cabling.

So you're driving along, and suddenly your speedo, rev counter and all indicators on the instrument binnacle go off, for anything between a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes? Sounds like the usual problem!

It's generally caused by the use of lead-free (i.e. Censored !) solder on the PCB within the instrument cluster. Good news is that it's fixable. I highly recommend Patryk at TotalTronics in Rugby - he sorted mine out for me when I had the same issue. Find him here - https://totaltronics.com/instrument-cluste...er-repair/ .

I would check the connectors behind the panel first

It's a Disco 3 thing Very Happy I've got it every year
Take it out bring it to BBM raman in Utrecht (Holland)
Wait an hour and than place it back
And the follow year after sun is comming up and it's above 27 degrees it's there again
Nothing more and totaly fall out
The first week it's a couple off times and putting the airco on cold eand than after a couple of minutes everything is back
But after a week everything total disapear and than it's time to bring it to Holland
They fixed everything perfect and everytime is under garanty
But i think temperature is the problem and its getting to hot for the panel

Its because its being repaired with lead free solder, if you can find some old leaded solder the repair will be permenant.

Leaded solder has flexability but the lead free stuff just cracks if theres any strain or flexing

If the 'repair' is only lasting a year, you need to find yourself a better repairer! www.totaltronics.com give a lifetime warranty on each repair.
