My iid tool arrived today, it's already earning its keep - I've adjusted the suspension and told the car it now has an amk compressor
While in the ecu flashing section, I noticed something about bluetooth. Mine has the bluetooth fitted and working but will performing this allow me to play music through the bluetooth? If not, what does it do?

It won’t let you stream music via Bluetooth, unfortunately. That doesn’t exist on D3 from Land Rover.
Usually software updates fix (or introduce) bugs.

If you update the bluetooth module it'll mean you don't have to pair back to the car every time so you won't have to constantly input the 2121 code.
I think the address book appears on the radio too. Mods:

So saw this in the menu as well. I don't think I have bluetooth modle in my SE, however when I push the phone icon on the radio I hear a sound like a solenoid running for 7-10 seconds.
I have not actually looked in the side panel. How far back in from the hatch door does it sit. I've had the hatches off when I got it to look inside but didn't see anything that was right there.
Fact is I went into the menu selection for the BT ECU, but it said 42 minutes to flash it and I didn't have time and assumed as I said it wasn't there anyway. 2005 Land Rover D3, 4.4L V8, Maya Gold Metallic

When you switch bluetooth on, on your phone does"land Rover" show up as an option?
If not wouldn't think you have Bluetooth

I would start by looking at your steering wheel, do you have the red and green phone buttons?

Hello
Indeed, I don't have a button on the steering wheel, so I certainly don't have the bleutoth system.
Thank you for your answers.

Here is where my research is.
The transceiver module (TM) found in the right rear wing acts as voice control with the Nokia but also as Bleutooth.
So I concluded that if my smartphone does not pick up bluetooth from a disco, it is because I do not have this module.
The module for Num: 19K350A at LR.
New: 350 €.
