Discovery 3/4(L319)

Hi dear
I am facing one problem in smart key function
Smart key remote not working so i am using the key blade and open the door after i try to start with start button but not start showing in the display smart key not found please refer hand book

After i used the diganoise tool found Bcm side one error code showing -B1B01-87 (key transponder)
I change the remote battery also found same issue

But i start the car with touch the remote in stearing column side and press the brake and start found OK

If i keep my smart key remote in car not start same message showing
So what is the issue please guide me how to solve the problem.
No 17fuse 5amp also OK.

How to hard reset?

Remove battery wire from terminal and connect from +& - wires
This is hard reset?

But no improvement
