[Wanted] Fuel tank guard/cradle
Hello
My fuel tank cradle has a huge hole in the middle which turned out to be an issue for the MOT.
I'm looking for a replacement either new or used that is structurally solid, I dont mind if ifs a bit rusty or needs a lick of paint just as long as it's more or less solid. Can you please let me know if you have anything suitable

Your best route might be to try and source one from a breakers. I had to do one recently on a D3 and found it on a kaput 2015 D4 in perfect nick for €100 inc VAT delivered. It worked out considerably cheaper than new especially when the carriage is added.
I can't say whether it is genuine or not, but if you go the breakers route look for a D4 cradle as good D3 ones might only be slightly better than you have given the age of a D3. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
