Middle one is a Cupra Formentor. Cupra is run by Seat and supposedly the name comes from the Formentor Cape in Mallorca,Spain. The body design it is said follows the curves of the rocks in that region!
It goes on sale later this year.

YES, is Cupra!
....in Wiki.....In 1996, the car brand SEAT, created the name Cupra, acronym for CUP-RAcing, as the high-end sports version of the brand. The model that debuts this name was the Ibiza II, under the GTI 16V 3-door trim with a more Racing appearance. After more than 20 years of history and a great success of the Cupra range, on January 31, 2018 SEAT announces that Cupra would go from being the sports finish to being SEAT's sports sub-brand, which will integrate a specific logo for the new brand, consisting of a C and its symmetrical, giving a perspective to the two crossed C's in the shape of a bridge, achieving a logo tribal in the form of an inverted triangle and in copper color.
