Suspension Calibration

A little advice required. I took the screen shots below from my GAP IID today. On the surface (as I’m not an expert in using it) it appears that the suspension isn’t sitting evenly? Should these figures be the same all round, or same at the rear and same at the front?

The in car screen shows the suspension in standard height and no red markers above any wheels.

Any advice appreciated.

Car is a D3 TDV6 HSE

2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Auto Zambezi Silver

In a perfect world they would be all the same but what your looking for is the measurment between the centre of the wheel and the bottom of the the wheel arch to be within tolerance.
The measurments on the screen will need to be altered to get the wheel arch measurment correct

466mm at the front 485mm at the rear

Changing the settings on the gap by a couple of milimeters will gave a bigger effect at the wheels due to the location of the height sensors.

Thanks. Figured it out.

Not sure that it had been recalibrated accurately after a compressor change. Almost mm perfect now but takes some fettling. 1998 Defender 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF

just to be sure the height figures wont be the same ( i.e. the car wont actually sit level if the figures are all the same) so dont adjust the height figures to make them look the same
what im saying is the figures have no relevance to the car sitting level there just a means of calculating the height and dont forget to do it in tight tolerance and to switch it back when done please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou

Yes I understand the concept, the IID figures bear no resemblance to real life measurements.

I used a solid 1 metre ruler to measure the distance from centre of the wheel to the wheel arch and just micr0-adjusting the figures.

Even when the measurements are physically correct and the same side to side, the figures on the IID tool are all different! 1998 Defender 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF
