red warning triangle

advice please guys yet again
just been out this morning on a trip and im getting a red warning triangle on long road bends - mostly left hand but twice right hand
the abs came on and off quickly - doing about 50 mph
touched the brake and all was good again till the next long bend
is this something crtical and expensive yet again ..?
ive seen a couple of previous posts but no solution

thanks Goffy

pete
the lights came and went in a blink
one was the red triangle with a circle arrow round it
the i think was the abs or orange brake light
i dont have a fault reader so cant be more definitive

Oh orange DSC

It cut in to protect car stability.
Nothing wrong unless it keeps happening EDIt Oh it does. Embarassed

Maybe steering angle needs calibration
Check tyre pressures
Check tread depth even and tyre sizes the same on all 4

I had similar with D3, steering angle sensor had come loose on the column so ecu getting incorrect readings . Members have just glued it back. Worn suspension bushes etc can also cause it . Its probably the DSC cutting in which uses the ABS to stabilise the vehicle

I'd buy a GAP iid anyway. it'll pay for its self over and over again and holds its value should you sell it. Thumbs Up
