DAB module location
Hi all, Ive been having ongoing sporadic problems with my audio and I am suspicious of the DAB module.
I think Im going to take a chance on a second hand replacement from the Bay as they are not too expensive.
Ive read loads of posts on here, but none that I can find which describe the exact location of the unit in the vehicle, I know its behind one of the panels in the boot but not sure which. I will need to get to it to see which one I have as there appear to be several variations.
Does anyone have a diagram / or better still pictures of its location and a description of how to remove the trim to access it?

Hello,
What I would say is when re-fitting the panel make sure the two metal clips fit in the red circled area, you need to poke a screwdriver/trim tool down the vent holes on them gently while pressing the panel top down at the same time.

Else they just ride over the top and will make the panel loose/rattle. You can feel them pop in.
Silly fixing.
Also try not to lift up the passenger sill trim (needed to get the whole panel out really) as it never goes back as tight as it went in. If you figure out how let me know as mine annoys me after I took mine off to fit the FBH antenna to the glass.
New clips and still the same!
