Hi all
I’ve got auto lights on which is great. But I keep finding the full beam goes on by accident when I indicate and so on
Is there any way I could stop it working with the toggle arm and put it to a specific switch please?

How many miles on your D3? It may just be a worn-out switch, they are pretty easy to change (for a new or used replacement) 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
Any issues with the site let me know!

i have the same issue... my switches are not worn either.. TBH i am supprised that most off the responders don't have the same issue.. had it never in any other motor before..
mybe it is my sitting position in relation to the D3 lay-out, or indeed, just heavy handed Best regards

this thread has made me think … I used to suffer it a lot but can't remember it happening in a while, so suspect that was with the previous D4. both 2011 and similar mileage so probably not a wear or MY specific issue.

Used to happen all the time with my old D3 switches. Changed to D4 switches and no problems. Much more positive action than I ever recall on the D3 switches. Should have done the upgrade years ago. D3 - 2008.5MY HSE, Stornaway Grey, RSE etc - all the toys

Hey all thanks again!
So the D4 is much more suitable for heavy handed people and will fit the D3
I’ll get one on order
Thanks again! Love this website
