| Automatic gearbox not staying in drive. |

The fault started very intermittently, cured by pulling selector downwards as if placing further in to ‘D’rive.
Fault has worsened resulting in me having to hold selector firmly in ‘D’rive.
This Disco4 is 2010 model, completed 74k miles and I have owned it since 2014 when it has 23k on the clock. It is serviced annually to LR specs.
Any suggestions what might be the cause of the fault?

Thank you for your replies.
I will take my Disco to the local garage on Monday and see if they can help me with the external pivot on the gear selector.
